If your service connected disabilities prevent you from working, you can apply for Total Disability Based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU). You may be eligible for TDIU if you are rated at least 70% disabled by the VA.
Total disability will be considered to exist when there is present any impairment of mind or body which is sufficient to render it impossible for the average person to follow a substantially gainful occupation. There are several ways to prove TDIU and several disability combinations that can show a Veterans inability to work.
Fochler Veterans Law will help you obtain this 100% rating if you are unable to work because of your service connected conditions. I will obtain both medical and vocational expert opinions to support your claim and show that you are physically or mentally unable to work.
